You said it like it was nothing. It’s a resume line.

Jersey is your AI career assistant. It asks about the work you actually do, keeps what you say, finds jobs that fit and writes your resume from your own words.

Jersey
Jersey: What’s something at work you’re quietly proud of?
They said: I took our after-school program from 9 classes to 30 in a year. Enrollment more than doubled.
Jersey: Who taught all those classes, and what did it take to keep them staffed?
They said: Outside teachers, about 45 a year. I found them, onboarded them and handled every parent email.

When a job wants something Theo hasn’t done, Jersey says so and asks. Every draft stays inside what’s true.

They said: Help me apply to Director of Community Programs at Harborlight Arts
Jersey: Before I write: they want someone who has owned a budget. You’ve told me how the program grew, but not who managed its money.

A spreadsheet of gigs became a second interview.

Noor finished a design degree, teaches kids’ workshops and takes every freelance gig going. She sent Jersey half a resume, a portfolio link and a spreadsheet. Jersey read it all, then asked about the parts no file could tell it.

  1. Send anything

They said: Scan this. It’s where I track every gig I’ve gotten.
Jersey: Your sheet lists five gigs marked “got it.” I need your words for each one. A line or two each is plenty.
They said: Tenants’ union: I design the signs and lead the art builds before every march, and we make the banners for rallies too.
  2. Find the link

“…creating displays and signs. Art experience is a plus.”

Jersey: That’s your strongest link. You lead the art builds that make every sign at the march. Bring one story from a build to the interview.

Questions people ask first.

What does Jersey cost?

Nothing during the beta. If that changes, you’ll hear before it does, and you can export everything you’ve built.

Do I need a resume to start?

No. Start by talking. If you have a resume, a LinkedIn export, a spreadsheet or old cover letters, send them and Jersey reads them.

Where do the jobs come from?

Wherever your kind of work gets posted: company career pages, job sites, school and hospital systems, local listings and the open web. Jersey saves each one in your conversation as it finds it.

Does Jersey apply for me?

No. Jersey drafts the resume, the cover letter and the answers. Nothing goes out under your name until you tap Send.

What happens to what I tell it?

It stays yours. It’s never used to train AI models, voice notes are deleted once they’re transcribed, and you can export or delete everything any time.

Is it only for office jobs?

No. Jersey is for every kind of work: teaching, nursing, hotels, stores, trades, design and more. It learns your field’s words and finds the ones employers use.

Can I bring what I told ChatGPT?

Yes. Paste or upload a conversation and Jersey keeps the facts about your work, so you don’t start over.

Who are the people on this page?

Noor and Theo are real Jersey users, retold with their names and details changed. Everyone else, including anything written for what you type, is made up, and the page says which is which.

“I built Jersey for my wife. She’s an incredibly talented teacher. She just wasn’t sure how to talk about herself in applications or interviews. Jersey is my answer to her problem.”
