Beta agreement

Trying Jersey

Jersey is your AI career assistant. This agreement is between you and the people operating Jersey and covers your use of this early beta. You choose whether to join after reading it.

The beta is free for now. No payment card is required. Features, limits and availability may change, and parts of Jersey may stop working or be withdrawn. If a paid plan becomes available, you will have a separate choice before being charged.

Use your judgment

Jersey can misunderstand you, miss information and produce incorrect or incomplete advice or documents. Check facts, sources and wording before relying on them, especially anything you send under your name. Jersey cannot promise an interview, an offer, a salary or any other career outcome.

You decide what to apply for and what to say. Jersey prepares work for you to review. Sending, submitting, deleting or taking another external action requires your confirmation.

Quality and safety

Authorized people operating Jersey and automated systems may review your conversations and related tool records to investigate problems, check safety and improve how the service works. Tool records include the requests Jersey makes, the information returned and records of whether an action worked. These records may contain your career information, uploaded content and other personal information you share.

Access is limited to authorized review. Personal information may be removed or obscured where practical, but redaction is imperfect. Do not share passwords, payment details or confidential information you do not have permission to share.

Findings from a review may be kept in private issue records so problems can be fixed. Those findings may persist after the original conversation or account is deleted. Reviewers should avoid copying unnecessary personal information into them.

Your data is not used to train models. What Jersey keeps explains how your information is handled, who helps provide the service and your controls.

Your work

You keep your rights in the information and files you provide. Jersey claims no ownership of your resume, letters or other work created with you. You give the people operating Jersey permission to store, process and use that content only as needed to provide, secure and operate the service, including the quality and safety review described here.

Only share content you have the right to use. You remain responsible for checking that using or sharing a document respects other people’s rights.

Your feedback

You can send feedback to support@withjersey.com. The people operating Jersey may use your suggestions to improve the service without owing payment. Your name, words or work will not be used as a public testimonial without your permission.

Use with care

Use Jersey lawfully. Do not use it to harm or harass people, impersonate someone, fabricate credentials, interfere with the service or gain access to someone else’s account or information. Keep your account secure and tell support if you think someone else has access.

Access may be limited or suspended to address misuse, a security problem or a legal requirement. Contact support if you think a restriction is a mistake.

Email choices

Emails about job finds and weekly updates are optional and are not required to use the beta. You choose whether to receive them and can change your choice in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Signing in and keeping your account safe may still require account or security emails.

Leaving the beta

You can stop using Jersey at any time. Your data has controls to export your information or delete your account, even if you decline this agreement. These controls are also in Settings. Contact support@withjersey.com for help with access, your information or this agreement. The private review findings described above may remain after deletion.

Changes and rights

If this agreement changes in a material way, Jersey will explain the change and ask you to agree again before you continue. You can decline and leave the beta. Nothing in this agreement takes away consumer rights or other protections that the law gives you.
